Appalachia born, NYC trained.

After graduating from culinary school, Liz moved to Brooklyn, knowing the Big Apple would give her the best professional opportunities to hone her craft.

Since then, Liz has worked at the popular temaki bar Nami Nori and the gluten-free, plant-based Upper West Side gastropub Thyme and Tonic. Currently, she brings her passion for Asian cuisine to her work at Bon Appetite, curating menus and unique dishes daily.

To add to her years of experience, Liz has worked in vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free kitchens and has experience cooking for clients with food allergies and dietary restrictions.

As Liz has expanded her kitchen expertise, she has become even more motivated to bring people together through food.

Liz is now available to bring her knowledge and vision into intimate spaces such as homes, private dinners, and office events.
